Deseret Trail Renovation
Featured on the Cover of House and Home Magazine
Project Description:
The den and kitchen in this house were separated by a pantry and wet bar.
In addition, the kitchen space was cramped and outdated. Large beams were
installed in the ceilings and walls in order to relocate the pantry and remove
the wet bar. The kitchen is being completely re-built with a large eat in
island, all new cabinetry, new wall texture, new lighting fixtures, etc.
The bay window over the kitchen sink and the double door in the breakfast area
were removed and replaced with vinyl windows. In addition to the kitchen,
new custom 4" wide wood flooring has been installed in the kitchen, den,
dining room, and halls. Interior Design and architecture by Maestri
Designs.
