Lawton Lane Addition
Project Description:
500 square foot were added to the second floor of this stucco home in Willow
Bend. The addition was constructed over existing rooms of the house
without disturbing the beams and trim on the ceiling below. The addition
is a craft room, bedroom, bathroom, and closet off the upstairs game room.
The bathroom features a large hamper, walk in shower, and recycled glass
countertops. The craft room countertops are made of marker board. Water heaters and HVAC equipment were also relocated in the
attic to make room for the addition.
