Lawton Addition

Project Description:

This project is an addition of approximately 500 sf of new living space on the second floor over the garage and downstairs living room.  A new bedroom, bathroom, craft room, and vestibule will make up the addition.  The bathroom, with a seated vanity area, full walk in shower, and built in hamper will be accessed from the bedroom.  Existing HVAC units and water heaters will be relocated to make room.  Completion planned for December 2009.
