Project Description:
Both of the existing bathrooms were completely replaced down to and including
the framing. All of the tile was meticulously installed according the very
detailed plans provided Linda Fritschy, the designer. The master shower
includes a plate glass surround, steam generator, electric fogless mirror,
Kohler DTV programmable electronic shower control, Rainforest head, hand shower,
fixed shower head, and 12 body jets (controlled by a temperature control valve
and 4 throttling valves). The water line to the home needed to be up-sized
to accommodate the flow of the shower. Other scope included a complete new
electrical system, new water supply lines including the main line to the meter,
complete paint, hand made fireplace surround tile, raising the ceiling in the
master bath, standing seam roofing at the rear of the house, and complete
replacement of the gas lines.
