Hatfield Builders is a team of experienced professionals who together possess a broad range of creative influence, experience, and education.  With our combined backgrounds, we know how to manage the construction, design, and planning processes to make every project successful.    A successful project to us is much more than the high quality Work we install.  Equally as important is the Client's experience with the actual construction process, planning, budgeting, and design.

There is a difference... We are Builders.  Being a Builder requires a thorough understanding of more than what you can see.  A Builder must have comprehensive knowledge of the construction process, materials, methods, finishes, and how to coordinate all of it into a home.  We bring together our combined experience and a team of proven Professionals to provide the highest quality and service.  The quality of the finishes is only as good as the structure that they are built on.  We do things right, beyond what you can see, to truly provide "Quality...from the Ground Up."

Chad Hatfield, CKBR - Chad is Certified Kitchen & Bath Remodeler (CKBR) by NARI and has been active in the Remodeling and Construction Industry for over 10 years.  Chad is a graduate of the Construction Engineering program at Texas Tech University and holds a BS in Engineering.  Prior to starting his own business, he was a Project Superintendent for the largest General Contractor in the United States and a Project Manager for a $100 million Concrete Contractor in Florida.  Chad was also a licensed Professional Real Estate Inspector (TREC #6585) and personally inspected thousands of homes from all time periods and styles of construction.

Glenn Harrison - Glenn is a graduate of Texas A&M University and is a lifelong Dallasite having graduated from Lake Highlands High School.  Glenn is a Professional Real Estate Inspector (TREC # 5575) now with over 10 years in the Home Inspection industry.   That expericence makes him intimately familiar with all types of construction methods common to DFW, the defects and challenges of each, an extensive knowledge of the building codes and their practicle implementation.   With this background Glenn provides a unique tool for Hatfield Builders in pre-planning a project, identifying and addressing existing defects, implementing the building code, limiting re-inspections and insuring quality workmanship.

Lindy Jo Crutchfield - Lindy Jo has worked in residential and commercial interior design in the DFW area since graduating from Texas Christian University with a degree in Interior Design.  Prior to working with Hatfield Builders, she was a commercial Project Designer for Knoll furniture and a residential Interior Project Designer specializing in furniture, window treatments, and accessory design.  Now at Hatfield Builders, as our in-house Interior Project Designer, she works together with our clients to assist in the selection process for our projects.  Lindy Jo can put together a complete finished design for a project, or help with only a few items as needed with the clients.
