Hatfield Builders is operated by Chad Hatfield and Glenn Harrison who together possess a broad range of creative influence, experience, and education.  With our combined backgrounds, we know how to manage the construction process and make every project successful.  We pride ourselves not only on the elegant and timeless beauty of our completed homes, but the efficient coordination and scheduling of our projects. 

There is a difference... We are Builders.  Being a Builder requires a thorough understanding of more than what you can see.  A Builder must have comprehensive knowledge of the construction process, materials, methods, finishes, and how to coordinate all of it into a home.  We bring together our combined experience and a team of proven professional sub-contractors to provide the highest quality and service.  The quality of the finishes is only as good as the structure that they are built on.  We do things right, beyond what you can see, to truly provide "Quality...from the Ground Up."

Chad Hatfield - Chad is a graduate of the Construction Engineering program at Texas Tech University and holds a BS in Engineering.  Prior to starting his own business, he was a Project Superintendent for the largest General Contractor in the United States and a Project Manager for a $100 million Concrete Contractor in Florida.  Chad was also a licensed Professional Real Estate Inspector (TREC #6585) and personally inspected thousands of homes from all time periods and styles of construction.

Glenn Harrison - Glenn holds Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas A&M University.  Glenn has successfully owned and operated Harrison Home Inspections since 2001 and has seen every type of home and style of construction in Dallas.  He was so well respected in this industry that he has personally trained other inspectors.
